Across three transformative 1-1 sessions, you’ll work closely with PT Laura to build knowledge, master your form, and create the confidence you need to feel empowered in the weightlifting world!

Lay The Foundations:

We'll work through the essential building blocks required for perfect form and technique, ensuring you know how to lift safely and effectively.

The Big Four:

We’ll break down the squat, overhead press, deadlift, and bench press step by step.

These four exercises target all the main muscle groups, providing you with a full body workout without the need for anything else!

Learning Material:

You'll be provided with learning material and resources along the way, giving you the tools you need to deepen your learning and to utilise as a handy guide going forward!
