This is a tailored remote coaching service designed to help you reach your individual strength training goals. Whether you train in a gym, with weights at home, or prefer bodyweight workouts, I’ll create a programme that’s built around you.
How it works:
After purchase, you’ll receive my Personal Programming Questionnaire. This helps me understand your training background, goals, and preferences so I can design the most effective programme for you.
Once you’ve completed and returned the questionnaire, I’ll get started on creating your custom workout plan.
You’ll receive your eight-week programme and can begin training right away!
We'll have a check-in at the four-week mark to see how you're doing.
At the end of eight weeks, we'll review your progress, celebrate your success, and discuss where to go from here!
